Project Description:

HCG completed this 90,000 SF Warehouse/Distribution/Flex Building in 2009. It was the first project completed in the AmeriPlex at Elm Hill Business Park in Nashville, TN and the first LEED Certified multi-tenant industrial building in the State of Tennessee. The building structure is Pre-Engineered Steel with a Tilt Wall Concrete Skin and offers a Clear Height of 24’-0”. The facility also boasts translucent wall panels in the warehouse to allow natural lighting and pervious concrete pavement, both of which add to the LEED Certification. A reflective roof, dimmable & solar lights, rainwater capture irrigation, and energy efficient HVAC are a few additional features that reduce energy consumption and lower costs for the building and its wide variety of tenants.
