Scope:
Holladay Construction Group’s South Bend office completed the company’s first project in the State of Michigan in 2020 – the River Saint Joe Brewery, a 5,600 square foot tap house located at 15475 Walton Road in Buchanan, MI. The brewery was built on an existing hops and barley farm. The River Saint Joe Brewery is a fully functioning, organic brewery, with everything for the brewing process grown and harvested on site. We broke ground on the commercial building on March 20, 2019 and it was completed in January 2020.
