Holladay Construction Group joined Barley Properties, Holladay Properties, and others for a Wall Panel Signing Ceremony for Barley Properties' new 65,592 square foot multi-tenant "flex" building on October 17, 2019 at 9 AM. The wall panel signing commemorated the setting of the last exterior wall panel and was held at the construction site located at 2650 Barley Road in Valparaiso, Ind., adjacent to the Indiana Beverage facility.
“The investment is proof of Barley Properties’ long-term outlook on the Valparaiso marketplace and of our commitment to the continued success of Valparaiso,” said Jon Leetz, Barley Properties. “The building is designed to fill a need for flexible light industrial and commercial space in Valparaiso. It offers local businesses an option to grow here, and it provides an ideal location to attract new businesses to our community.”
Holladay Construction Group has Barley Properties’ “Bluejay I” building currently under construction with shell delivery scheduled for December 2019. The facility is designed to accommodate multiple tenants in a variety of uses and features energy efficient design standards, dedicated architectural storefronts, 24-foot clear ceiling height, utility infrastructure to accommodate a wide variety of users, and dock and drive-in doors available for each suite.
Dukane Precast assisted Holladay Construction Group in getting the ceremony ready and is the precast contractor for the project. Installation of the exterior wall panels began earlier in the week. Follow the project progress on our Current Projects page.
