Vivio on 10th

Scope:
In 2019, Holladay Construction Group was selected as the General Contractor for a new multi-family complex located near the IUPUI Campus. Construction of the six-story student housing facility began on July 15, 2019. The project was an addition to an existing facility and included 72 one-, two- and four-bedroom units. The construction features one elevator, one added stairwell and bike storage at each level, as well as a fitness center, common area lounges, and a dog washing center. The project was completed in August 2020 for students to begin taking occupancy for the 2020-2021 school year.
Encore Senior Residences

Scope:
Our Indianapolis office completed the construction of a new, senior living multi-family housing community at 75th and Binford for Samaritan Companies - Encore Senior Residences in July 2020 and the property opened in August 2020. The project, which broke ground April 29, 2019, involved construction of a 132-unit, four-story, wood-framed facility comprised of a variety of one- and two-bedroom units. The project also featured surface level parking, an interior courtyard, and amenities including garages, a fitness center, and community spaces including a club room, business/lounge areas, and a second floor salon. The Illiana

Scope:
The Illiana Apartments in downtown Whiting, IN is a 5-story mixed-use building featuring 32 two-bedroom apartment units and 4,158 square feet of first floor commercial space. Holladay Construction Group broke ground on the facility June 10, 2019 and the apartments welcomed their first tenants on July 1, 2020. The 5-story building features units varying in size from 904 to 954 square feet.
The Promenade at Founders Square

Scope:
The Promenade at Founders Square, a mixed-used multi-family residential development in Portage, IN, is now complete. The full development includes 304 residential units and 10,200 SF of ground floor retail, commercial, and restaurant space that was completed in multiple phases. The first phase of development included five 3-story buildings representing 231,601 SF, and construction began on April 15, 2017. This phase also included construction of the commercial space, as well as the community club space, leasing office, and fitness facility. The first building at The Promenade at Founders Square opened in May 2018, with Buildings 2, 3, and 5 opening in the months that followed until Building 5 was completed and opened in October 2018.
While Phase I was still in progress, Holladay Construction Group kicked off Phase II of construction at the project, which included Buildings 6, 7, 8 and 9, representing 105,333 SF, as well as the community pool and pool house. The pool opened to the residents of the community in May 2019, with the buildings opening for occupancy between May and September 27, 2019.
Burlington Station Apartments

Scope:
In late 2018, an 89-unit luxury apartment complex located at 5100 Forest Avenue in Downers Grove, IL was six months behind schedule and over budget with concerns mounting every day. Holladay Construction Group stepped in as Owner's Representative for the Burlington Station development and implemented daily communication, allowing entities that had been running separately to align and gain traction needed to complete critical activities. Holladay's team identified the critical items, implemented a plan, and built a schedule which allowed this project to be completed less than three months after we got involved.
