Scope:
Holladay Construction Group served as the general contractor for Bella Largo Senior Living Facility in LaPorte, IN. This boutique senior living and memory care community offers 63 residential suites, designed to provide personalized resort-style care. Amenities include single-story facilities, commercial kitchen space, outpatient rehab gym, spa center, full-service salon, and enclosed courtyard. In addition, antibacterial surface treatment and specialized HVAC systems have been designed to control airborne infections. Thie project broke ground November of 2024 and completed in March of 2026.
