Scope:
Holladay Construction Group served as the general contractor for the interior renovation of the newest Boys & Girls Club location on Sample Street in South Bend, IN. This collaborative design-build project included the complete renovation of an Ivy Tech Administrative Building. From single stall restrooms, thoughtful entrance + lounge spaces, classrooms, and regenerative rooms – this building is now fit to serve tweens and daytime programs for the South Bend region. Holladay Construction Group was proud to step in and donate the basketball court to bridge the funding gap and help support the Boys & Girls Club’s mission.
