Scope:
Holladay Construction Group served as the general contractor for Drive & Shine Car Wash, building their newest ground-up location in Crown Point, IN. The 31,890 sq. ft. facility provides automatic car wash services, indoor & outdoor vacuum bays, maintenance and oil-change service station, and a detail bay. Featuring hand-laid masonry and thoughtful landscaping, the building was thoughtfully designed to fit into Crown Point’s growing commercial district. The project broke ground July 2023 and opened to the public March 2024.
