Scope:
Holladay Construction Group served as the general contractor for Drive & Shine Car Wash, building their newest ground-up location in Valparaiso, IN. The 8,434 sq. ft. facility provides automatic car wash services, outdoor vacuum bays, and indoor associate spaces. Featuring hand-laid masonry and thoughtful landscaping, the ground-up building has been a beautiful addition to Valpo’s commercial district. The project broke ground May of 2023 and opened to the public November 2023.
