Scope:

Holladay Construction Group served as the General Contractor for Lippert’s newest distribution center – a 606,480 sq. ft. facility built to house over 30,000 SKU’s and an additional 50 semi-trailers. This building features a massive footprint – over 168,000 sq. ft. of wall area engineered for durability and thermal performance. Modern amenities include a guard shack, 8′ black fencing, and an IT room with dedicated HVAC systems. Over 100 dock doors are equipped with mechanical dock levelers, edge-of-dock levelers, and 65 rotating hook truck restraints.
