Scope:

Holladay Construction Group partnered with Marion County Public Health Department to renovate the Northeast District Health Center. This 28,000 sq. ft. renovation transformed a former medical office building into a modern community health facility that will provide vaccinations, health exams, cooking classes, and wellness education programs for residents. From new interior finishes and millwork to upgrades mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems – every aspect of the facility was thoughtfully renovated to support the health and well-being of the community for years to come.
