Scope:
Our Indianapolis team completed this new Grindstone Charley's stand-alone restaurant in Westfield, IN in 2019. The 5,600 square foot retail building will include 3,500 square feet of dining space, 1,300 square feet of kitchen space, and a 1,000 square foot patio with outdoor seating. A groundbreaking event was held for the project on October 16, 2018 with representatives from Grindstone Charley's, the City of Westfield, Holladay Construction Group, and PHANOMEN/design in attendance. The project kicked off on October 19, 2018 and construction for the restaurant was completed in August 2019.

Scope:
Our Portage office led construction of this 5,600 square foot stand-alone restaurant for Hooters at AmeriPlex at the Port in Portage, Indiana. Construction of the retail facility kicked off July 10, 2017 and was completed prior to the restaurant opening February 19, 2018.

Scope:
We started construction of this 2,000 square foot retail building in November 2016. The building was a design/build project with Holladay Properties for new tenant, Starbucks. The facility is located near the Sheds on Charlotte in Nashville and was completed in August 2017.

Scope:
The Portage office completed this 25,000 square foot car dealership, our first project of its kind in the region, in the AmeriPlex-Marquette business park in Mid-April of 2017. The project involved a partnership between Holladay Properties as the developer and architect, and Holladay Construction Group as the General Contractor. The facility features a modern design with large bay windows to let in ample natural light, as well as a state-of-the-art shop area. The project broke ground in July 2016 and opened for business, and sold its first cars, on May 1, 2017.

Saint Joseph Grade School

Scope:
Holladay Construction Group's South Bend office completed this addition to the Saint Joseph Grade School in 2016. The project involved building an edition to the existing school including a connecting hallway, several new classrooms, and a new gymnasium. The new classrooms including a music room, art room, and science/lab room. The gymnasium addition included a second story mezzanine, concession area, and locker rooms. We started the addition in August of 2015 and completed the project in time for the new school year in 2016.

Scope:
The Grand Park Events Center marked a strategic partnership between the City of Westfield, Indiana, Holladay Properties, and Holladay Construction Group. The $26 million building project is the largest indoor soccer facility the country, housing three full-size soccer fields available for both competitive and recreational matches and capable of adapting to many other sports and events. It also includes multi-use space for trade shows, live entertainment, conventions and special event programming. Additionally, the building includes office space where the offices of ISA and ISP will be housed, locker rooms, and meeting rooms. Long time Indianapolis restaurant, Jonathan Byrd's will operate the kitchen, restaurant and food service in the facility and Jonathan Byrd’s Event & Entertainment, LLC will manage the commercial business and marketing of the Grand Park Events Center. Construction began on the Grand Park Events Center in May of 2015. The Opening Celebration for the Grand Park Events Center took place Thursday, July 21 – Saturday, July 23, 2016.

Scope:
Holladay Construction Group built its second stand-alone Subway restaurant in 2014, after having completed a similar facility at AmeriPlex-Indianapolis in 2011. The project broke ground in May of 2014 and the restaurant opened just three months later.

Fast Park & Relax

Scope:
Holladay Construction Group completed Phase I of the Fast Park & Relax parking structure at AmeriPlex in Indianapolis, IN in 2014 and the Phase II expansion in 2017. Phase I of the LEED certified project, which took only six months from start to finish, features over 1,900 covered parking spaces with six electric vehicle plug-in spaces. Other LEED friendly features of the site include the irrigation system, which uses a retention pond that will collect and store reclaimed water. The office building on site is cooled and heated using a geo-thermal system and utilizes light harvesting items such as oversized windows and six skylights.
