Scope:
Holladay Construction Group served as the General Contractor for a new 48,715 square foot WoodSpring Suites extended-stay hotel in Loves Park, IL. The four-story, 122-room hotel broke ground in March 2024 and opened in December 2024. The hotel features amenities including in-room kitchens and free high-speed internet, as well as laundry facilities and a fitness center available to all guests.
